Session Times
The men’s squad have both land and water sessions.
Our winter schedule is as follows.

We offer sessions on Tuesday and Thursday am, which are for our senior rowers, so that they can get more water time.
Seniors follow a set training plan each week and so we do our best to accommodate this with set water times, ergs and coaching.
